I could not have imagined how the next year would unfold, the challenges it would bring, and how learning to let go would pave the way for new adventures. At times, it seemed like everything that could go wrong, did—from ceramic pieces exploding in the kilns to glazes malfunctioning. Meanwhile, personal trials, including a severe illness and a break up with my partner of nearly a decade, tested my resolve like never before.

Yet, much of my ability to persevere came from the incredible support I received. From my family back home to the amazing new friends and colleagues I met here,
I learned that everything comes down to the people around you.
And now this support is strengthened by you, our dear clients who take a leap of faith with us, you are the reason we do what we do. 

The path to greatness is paved through struggle, and our path at Sneferu has been no different. With a clear vision of the values that birthed Sneferu, we embarked on a journey to create the world’s finest luxury candle experience.

The essence of what we deliver lies in our identity: We are a small team of artists in our Porto atelier, crafting each product personally and delicately from start to finish with the highest standards and finest ingredients available.
