To request gift wrapping, simply add the "Gift-wrap" item to the cart.
We accept most payment methods available in the market, such as Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Maestro, Bancontact, iDEAL, Multibanco, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
You can access and download your invoice anytime by logging into your user account and navigating to the "My account" - "My orders" section. From there, click on "View order" and then "Print invoice". Should you encounter any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.
If your order has been successfully processed, you should promptly receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Occasionally, this email may be filtered into your 'Spam' folder automatically. If you are unable to locate the confirmation email, please reach out to us via our contact form, and we will be happy to send you another confirmation email.

With DHL standard & express shopping Sneferu customers enjoy door-to-door service or a drop off at a nearby pickup point of your choice. All shipments receive tracking number. Read full shipping policy here.

Yes. All of our door-to-door shipments are handled by DHL and are assigned a tracking number that can be found in your receipt, received via email. If you are unable to find your tracking number please contact us via contact form or email to: info@snfru.com.

Yes. We offer 30 days return and refund policy with the general following guidelines:

- Item must be undamaged and in it’s original packaging.
- Candles must be unburned.
- Diffuser bottles must be sealed.
- Shipping cost is unrefundable.
Contact us and let us know you would like a refund and are sending the package back to us, according to the return address listed in your receipt. We will process the request as soon as we receive the package.

The burn time depends on the size of your candles:
The standard 220g beeswax candle burn time is 55-60 hours.
We offer a range of candle sizes. All product lists include detailed look at the burn time and specifications.
The burning time may vary over using conditions like ambient temperature.
Complete candle care instructions are in the booklet included with every Sneferu candle.
Please be advised the following steps are recommended for a clean & even burn:
1. Keep the candle clean.
2. Trim the candle's wick to a 1/4 inch.
3. Store Candles in a cool, dark place.
4. Let It Burn for about 3 to 4 hours at a time.
5. Don't put It in a windy spot.
6. Use candle snuffer to put out the flame cleanly or use a tool to dip the wick in the wax or extinguish the flame, then straighten the wick and let solidify.
For proper usage of your candle, please refer to the instructions provided in the booklet included with each candle.
In the event that your wick becomes off-center, extinguish the flame and gently pinch the non-incandescent portion of the wick between your fingers, then pull it towards the center. It is important to perform this task delicately while the wax surface is still melted. Repeat this process before each subsequent use until the wick is once again centered.
