1. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Sneferu offers express global shipping carried out by DHL with tracking number and hand delivery service that ensures our products arrive in pristine condition.
Our items are delivered from Portugal.
Please allow for 24 hours for order processing.
Delivery times are listed below and are subject to our service provider fulfilment. We do our best to package your order as soon as we receive it and ship it out the same or next day. In most cases, the indicated delivery times are met.
We ship globally to most territories, if you are unable to find your desired delivery option please contact us at info@snfru.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

After placing your order you will receive an email and SMS (optional) notification with your tracking number and estimated delivery window.
In case you are unable to take physical possession of the parcel on the scheduled delivery date, you may:
- Schedule a new delivery,
- Collect the parcel from a collection point indicated by DHL.
2. DELIVERY COSTS
We offer flat delivery fee of 15€ for parcels of up to 2kg and free delivery for orders above 150€.
3. Returns
We offer a 14 days return & refund policy. We will refund you for an unopened, unused product in its original packaging with no visual damage.
In any case you receive your Sneferu product in an unsatisfactory condition, please email us with pictures and description of the issue to info@snfru.com.
